2003 ford escape xlt 6cyl brand new alternater, brand new battery all fuses in fuse box good..... alternater still not charging

Hello and thank you for your question,

if you take a 12 volt test light and or a volt meter and check the voltage at the alternator connector with the engine running by back probing the yellow/white wire as well as the black/yellow wire and the green/red wire are you getting battery voltage on all three wires?

All three wires at the alter need to have battery voltage with the engine running. There are two fuse to check as well. Check the F1-11 fuse in the under hood fuse panel as well as the F2-16 fuse in the interior fuse panel. See the wiring diagram in the link below for reference as well.
