Customer Question

I have a 2004 Taurus and tonight in the cold weather my wife had to drive home holding the door shut because it will not latch. I taught her how to flip the latch to the right position to close the door but it still won't latch.

Hello. I am thinking possibly some moisture has gotten in and froze? causing the mechanism to bind up.. Have you tried to heat it up with a hair dryer or use some wd40 to free it up?
