My 2004 F350 security system has truck so it won't start-there is absolutely no power to anything even after putting battery charger on boost.

Just found a bad wire on wheel well opposite of battery going into a box that is corroded. I beleive this is the problem as the horn goes off when I wiggle it

It could be. If it's a larger wire it could cause a loss of all power. Usually smaller wires can't cause loss of power to all of the vehicle?
