If it goes down but does not go up, then it is very likely you have a problem with the master window switch.

You can try to supply +12V and ground directly to the driver window regulator motor to check if it works.

All you need is two wires and be careful not to short anything. To make it simple you can remove the master switch and supply +12v and ground to terminal 6- Red/yellow and 7 -Yellow/Red ( these wires go to the motor) at the switch connector. to change direction of window moving you just need to swap polarity of your wires. If it works that way, then you will need a new window master switch.
