Hello and thank you for you question,

The problem you are describing is a very common problem and in most cases is caused by a failing blower motor speed controller and replacing it should resolve the problem. I have enclosed the replacement steps in the link below. Copy and paste the link to your browser to open and view them. The controller is located on the right side of the dash in the bottom of the AC/heater plenum, you will need to remove the instrument panel insulator to access it.
