Problem: overheating
Parts replaced: thermostat, water pump, clutch fan.
Still after running a few minutes it runs hot then over heats

since you replaced the parts, only a couple other possibilities. the radiator may be clogged or you have a failed head gasket from the overheating. you can do a leak down test on all the cylinders to determine if there is a failed head gasket.
