Has the truck been driven or started since the gas was put in?
that shouldn't hurt anything yet, The only way to completely clean out the tank is to remove it. the filters have to be changed and the fuel system flushed with clean diesel fuel, this can be done with a scan tool that can control functions, by turning on the fuel pump and cycling fuel through the system. The tank can also be drained this way by removing the feed line from the pump to the engine. after the system is drained and flushed, pour fuel conditioner into the filter housing on the engine until it is full then add a can to the fuel system. It should be good to go then.
Yes, the larger line going up to the engine, then install a piece of rubber hose on the filter side of this line and run it into a container, then turn on the fuel pump and let it run until the fuel stops, this will remove all the contaminated fuel from the tank.
It requires a special fuel line tool, which can be purchased at any auto parts store such as Napa. OTC makes an excellent one, as well as LISLE tool company.
