Hello, its not too difficult to remove the instrument cluster. If it has a column shifter you need to disassemble the steering column covers and disconnect the shifter indicator cable for the shifter,small red cable.You remove the trim panels around the cluster usually a couple of 7mm bolts and the panel pops out of the way,then remove the 4 bolts that hold the cluster in place and disconnect the instrument cluster wire harness connector to remove the cluster and inspect the bulbs.
