We have three 2014 f250s in my fleet (and about 200 older f250s), we have already had to replace the upper and lower ball joints because of the death wobble. We have one 2014 F250 that pulls a DWI trailer and the upper and lower ball joints were shot at about 40K miles; just outside of warranty.
If your truck is getting the wobble, I would look at the ball joints first.
Let me know if you need additional information. I would love to help if you still need assistance.
