I assume the leak is the gasket? If so then you need to disconnect the exhaust pipe from the manifold then remove the nuts on the studs securing the manifold to the head. Then remove the manifold and replace the gasket. There will likely be some studs break, needing to be drilled out and replaced. Also sand the manifold on a flat table top to get it flat and remove any warpage.
