We have seen the p068A on a couple of our new focuses, and it looks like it's just an electrical hicup in most cases.
Have you attempted to reset the code and see if it comes back?
The PCM stays on for a fraction of a second after the ignition switch is shut off. In a couple of cases we found that a low battery or bad battery connection was triggering the code.
This code could also be caused by a sticking PCM relay. You could replace the PCM relay and see if the code persists.
Let me know if you need additional information. I would love to help if you still need assistance.
