I have a 98 ford explorer sohc v6 with a crank no start proble. fuel pressure is good, crankshaft pos sensor appears to be good but cam shaft pos sensor is questionable. voltage to CPS is .3 v and I believe it should be 1.5 v - How do I get the voltage up to 1.5
