Customer Question

09 F350 6.8L no crank, all lights work and don't dim, subzero temps. Happened yesterday but started after trying 15 min later. Ran and started fine the rest of evening. After sitting all night problem reoccurred.

So you are saying the lights don't dim when turning the key to start? If so, that usually indicates that voltage isn't making it to the starter and might not even be making it to the starter relay. Is this an auto or manual trans and is it 2wd or 4wd?
