I am handicapped and use a mobility scooter to get around. Is it possible, or advisable to install a scooter carrier on my 2014 Focus SE?

Hello, its possible to do this but,, this model car does not have enough capacity to carry that much weight, The max tonguw eight on yours is 200Lbs, the hitch and chair lift will come in about 100 lbs, then you have the weight of the chair which I do not know, In short, you can only add up to 200lbs of weight at the rear of the car where the lift goes so no,, this is not the vehicle to put a chair lift on, it weighs just too much for the car
