This is normal will go away after module sleep occurs 1-3hrs with no activation of anything. Its for memory power modules will stay alert mode for faster response to inputs.
How long does it take to drain down?
What type of tester are you using and how are you connected?
Was wondering how you had the 200ma reading and overnight is at least 1 amp draw. If the wiper motor is not in park the module will keep tring to get it there have seen many wiper do this but more like 6-8a draw.
what blades? what fuse box did you pull#15 fuse from? and how many amps was it?
Ah okay it is a 20 amp yellow fuse what position or number did you remove it from in the fuse box?
Can you pick 1?

#15 does not match up for a yellow fuse click the link and verify fuse 15 please.
Not to rude but can we speed this up a bit?
sorry I can not help you
How do you know the "fuse 15 has a drain of 200 MA"? Dr Carz asked you, but you said, "not using tester just pulling fuse".
Anyhow, remove the run/park relay, if it comes out and recheck the drain, after the modules go to sleep.
Here is the wiring diagram, in case we need it.
Wait for what?
