Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!

The radio has either failed internally or has lost a power or ground. If no fuses are blown then it would have to be a wiring issue if there was an external cause preventing the radio from coming on. It appears that the radio may have been disassembled when it was removed, which makes an internal issue very likely.

What will need to be done is remove the radio and test it's power and ground feeds. If ok then it will need to be replaced or sent to a facility such as United Radio for repair.

I assume that you mean you've tested the powers and ground. If ok then the problem is internal in the radio.
