I have an 2003 ford focus 2.3l 5 speed and everytime i try to start it it pops the 20amp fuse and 1 amp fuse i replaced all the wiring and checked every ground in the car. What is causeing this?

Thank you. Fuse ten is for the alternator. If you unplug the alternator this should prevent this fuse from blowing. As for the other fuse it powers just about everything under the hood. On this model it was common for the wires under the fuse box to wear out and rub through. I would unhook the fuse panel and inspect for damaged wires. It's going to take some digging to find this short.
