A belt broke on my 1990 Ford F250. I think it was the Power

Customer Question

A belt broke on my 1990 Ford F250. I think it was the Power Steering and Water Pump belt. I think the belt drove two systems? I noticed the problem after driving about 5 minutes... The power steering stopped working while I was driving, and the battery light came on...by the time I returned to my shed there was steem coming from the left side of the hood. The radiator reservoir had no water and I think the two hoses behind the engine reservoir was steaming.... I have not tried to restart the engine since arriving back home.
What does it take to replace this belt?
Is it expensive?
