Hi, my name is ***** ***** the front a/c work properly?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
it does.
Expert:  Tim Mohr replied 1 year ago.

ok, if the front works and the rear is stuck on heat and on the floor, the you have lost vacuum to the control head on the rear, these are he default modes when you lose vacuum, there is a vacuum line that runs from the front to the rear, you need to check this line to see if there is a break in it, Tim

Did you check the vacuum lines??

We have seen a lot of issues with the blend door actuator in the rear where the door actually breaks off the pivot it is on and drops directing the air across the heater core and out the floor vents. The door can be replaced separate from the case in the rear.
