How do I get heat out of my Heater oon my 1997 F-150. I replaced the heater core , Thermostat and the gate works. If I flush the radiator I get heat until I shut the engine off. When I restart the engine I get no heat. What can I do?

It sounds like a sticking blend door motor and will need replaced. You can remove it and close the door manually and it will work.
