F-150 all taillighs and backup lights work, connectons at 4-pin trailer connector have proper voltages and ground but 6-pin connector has neither ground nor voltages-cold this be a fuse?

Ford installs a 4 pin trailer connector and if the truck was built with a heavy duty towing package Ford installs the 7 pin connector. You mentioned a 6 pin connector. Was that added aftermarket?
