Customer Question

We just purchased a 2005 F-150. The speakers when playing the CD player work, but not the radio. Could this be a fuse problem with the radio? This fella we purchased the truck from said his dad had told him there had been a recall for this problem. (He called it a fuse link problem?) I did not find anything for such a recall when I looked at the Ford website. Do you have any suggestions?

Is it a factory Ford radio or aftermarket radio?
