I have a 2000 ford f250 with a 7.3. It stopped running it will crank when using starting fluid but it's not getting fuel to the motor. Pump is working and filling the bowl where filter is at but it won't go any further

It sounds like you need to physically test fuel pressure. Your pump can build enough to fill the filter housing but nothing else? That is a worn out fuel pump and it will need to be replaced.
