I have a f 150 2002. Electrical problem. Gages are stuck

I have a f(###) ###-#### Electrical problem. Gages are stuck (speedometer, oil, gas exc. about half way. When headlamps are turned on the power door locks lock. when trying to start it sound like a dead btry, but the overhead lamps work and the headlamps parking lamps work. I have check some of the fuses under the dash but all seem to be OK.
