I can't open the rear passenger door from the outside. I suspect a cable may have become unhooked from the latch handle. Trying to see if I can access it from inside, but I don't know how to remove the lower trim panel

NEVER MIND. I removed the lower trim panel.

Removed the upper trim panel, removed the screw holding the lower panel in place and lifted up, slid right out. Now I'm examining the latch handle cable to see what I can see.

ANND, fixed the rear door handle. It had unhooked from the latch mechanism, I was able to pry it back with a long handled screwsriver and re-seat it so the handle retracts it and the door now opens.
