Customer Question

I have a f 250 7.5 liter with a banks system. I am carrying a trailer in the mountains that is 5900 pounds. the transmission is slipping in third i have to shift down manually to second to make it engage.I have stopped over night to let it cool down. am I going to make it much farther or should I get to a big town quickly. if I replace this transmission what should I do. it has a shift kit in it already. it's still shifts hard. I am not sure but I think it's an E 40
