It most likely just needs the throttle body cleaned and keep alive memory reset. Remove the large air intake hose from the throttle body and clean the bore of the throttle body and the throttle plate very well and then disconnect both battery cables and hold the metal ends of them together for a full 60 seconds to clear the keep alive memory then take it for a good drive to let it relearn the idle.
