Tried to replace rear brake pads and rotor on 2007 five

Customer Question

Tried to replace rear brake pads and rotor on 2007 five hundred. I guess I turned the piston clockwise and now cannot get the piston to screw in. Think it has come off threads.

Tried pressing brake pedal to engage piston threads and used tool with pressure to try and spin piston counter clockwise. Piston spins counterclockwise with some effort, but is not retracting.
