Everything in the car is cutting off and on we have already replaced the alternated and battery what else can it be I feel like it's in the wiring somewhere

It most likely a loose electrical connection. You could either just move along each positive and ground battery cables, twisting each connection by hand to see if anything is loose or wait until the next time everything goes dead, then use a voltmeter or 12 volt test light and test where you loose voltage, starting at the positive battery post moving onto each connection testing towards whichever circuit is dead.
