How far did you have the engine apart?

took front of motor apart replaced main timing chain front left chain , guide and cam gear. It's all out of time I know to bring #1 piston to TDC on compression stroke but the right and left overhead cams I done know how to put them in time I do have the tools required to loosen the cam bolts.
