good afternoon my name is ***** ***** I will assist
no, not pcm it controls electronics, not mechanical items.
did you change the flywheel from your 2002 motor to the 2000 motor. the one from the donor motor may be bent causing the vibrations
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
Original from donor. Not bent. MTR ran perfect in other van.
Expert:  roy replied 2 years ago.
the motor is balanced by the flywheel and the harmonic balancer in the front. if it is not a plug, wire issue and the externals are not damaged then it is an internal balance issue.
did you drive the other van motor around before taking it???
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
I did. Kits not a eng miss. What's different between the two?
Expert:  roy replied 2 years ago.
they are just about the same.
they are both 3.8 motor?? there is also a 4.2 as well.
the other possibility is the torque converter in the trans. it is hard to say from here with out seeing it and touching it to get a handle on what the issue is. are you sure the flywheel did not get damaged from the installation???
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
No I checked that. Could it b injector balance
Expert:  roy replied 2 years ago.
it would have done it in the other vehicle.
I am out of ideas. I still think something happened to either the flywheel or balancer.
I will opt out and see if anyone else has any ideas.

i dont think swapping the pcm will help, but it would eliminate the possibility, make sure nothing is resting on the body like the exhaust
