Hello and welcome to Justanswer!
If it died while driving and now won't start along with the security light flashing then the engine controller may not be awake. If the engine controller is down it could be a loss of power or ground to it or an internal failure. If fuses are good then most often it would be an internal failure. If the ECM is down then you'll have no spark, no fuel, and no communication with a scan tool.
Have you checked for communication with the ECM?
