Verified
The way to hold the camshaft is to use a 15mm socket on the bolt for the cam phaser into position and then reinstall the chain and then the tensioner. Do force the camshaft around. If you feel tension, then turn the crankshaft. Your engine is an interference engine where the pistons can contact the valves. Please ask more questions about this if you need more information.

I have done that but when I get chain withen 4 links it skips agin

Make sure the chain is tight against the non tensioner guide and loose against the tensioner guide.

only have the non-tensioner guide on putting on all new parts from oil pump to vts

You need to use the socket and ratchet to hold the camshaft steady to allow you to line the marks up. You will need to chain, guides and tensioner are installed.
