Where is the egr vacuum solenoid on a ford e150 year 2000? Having a problem with air conditioning defaulting to only coming out of defrost ports

The Exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) vacuum regulator solenoid on the 4.2L, 4.6L, 5.4L or 6.8L is located under the engine cover.

In order to remove the engine cover, the floor console has to be removed. I have included instructions for both.
