Customer Question

Hi, I have a 1993 ford ranger. 4L, auto, 4x4. I just replaced the air cleaner with a new high flow unit and the exhaust with a cat back flowmaster setup. It runs a lot better now ( of course:) , but I also have a Jet chip I need to put into the ecm to change the parameters and make it run better yet. My question is where is it, and how do I get to it?

The ECM (computer) is located in the engine compartment on the drivers side next to the inner fender. It can be removed by removing the connector bolt and the two mounting bold and then pulled out. See the location in the link below.
