Hello and thank you for your question, My name is ***** ***** I will assist you today.
The loss of instrument panel lights can be cause by any of the following,
Defective Headlamp Switch
Defective LCM
Wiring Harness
If you have already replaced the LCM then you may have a bad headlamp switch and or the circuit to it. Are you able to do the testing if I send you the test steps?
