Good morning. Depending on the mileage on the engine this could be due to low engine oil pressure/bearing wear to the crankshaft or a weak timing chain tensioner and worn guides. I would do a base engine oil pressure test when hot to be sure it is within specs before tearing into the enging and doing a timing chain repair since if it has low oil pressure you have bigger problems with the motor
