Having trouble with my hi beams my dash board,low beams,fog lights work I had someone replace back break lights and told me he had to bend connection for bulbs to stay in place a little loose and told me I needed to replace my light adapters??? Now my Hi beams DONT WORK

Hi Below are the Ford diag steps for no high beams. I can't read minds nor have a magic wand, & I'm not there to see, smell, feel, or hear so I need good information to return a good answer. My normal hours online are 3pm-3am.
