You have had the recall update done in February. Where did you get the update you are installing now?

Thank you. You will have to do a MASTER RESET of the system before doing the update.

To do this, start the engine, then touch the gear icon in the lower center right of the home screen. Then go to settings, then to system information. Then scroll down to MASTER RESET.

Let the master reset finish to where the home screen reappears. It may take a few minutes. Then install the USB device you have the update on. And then follow the on screen prompts.

Ok. Try disconnecting the battery for 15 minutes. This will sometimes correct the problem.
