Hello and Welcome to Justanswer,

My name is XXXXX XXXXX I am here to try and assist your with your question.

When the engine is running are you noticing any wobble in any of the pulleys?
Customer: replied 5 years ago.
It does seem to not ride even on the crank pulley. The new tensioner is also no running even.

The harmonic balancer on the 302 do have known issues with the rubber slipping and can cause alignment issues, I would also have a look at the power steering pump pulley, In some cases if the pump has been changed and the pulley was not pressed on far enough it will cause an alignment problem as well. Take a look at both.
