Hello and Welcome to Justanswer,

My name is XXXXX XXXXX I am here to try and assist your with your question.

The cable is released from the back of the cluster from the speedometer head by squeezing the white clip on the cable end down. It helps to have a small hand for access but if you do not have one. you can remove the cable from the transmission and this will give you a little more slack to push inward to the cluster to pull it out further.
