Hello:

Diagram is similiar to fuse box in under dash but not exact as I have 3 straight rows of fuses . #3 is a 20 amp fuse and it powers with the key, but no power to ODB or Lighter.

I know of two fuse panels the one under the dash on the drivers side that is similiar to your diagram, the one under the hood next to the brake booster.

CJB is the fuse box underneath the steering wheel to the left

CJB fuse 3 is good and has a 20 amp fuse. There is power on this circuit with the key. Although I do not get power to the lighter or OBD, any ideas?
