1997 taurus: sensors..controls..ac is on.I am stumped..swap…

I have a 1997 taurus...
I have a 1997 taurus that is always overheatig.I have checked all sensors and also changed theCCRM in this car.The fans work just fine when I leave the heater controls on.The fans also work just fine when the AC is on.I am stumped on this problem.Please help me.This problem has gone on for awhile. Ieven had to swap the engine out.Ther is also a new water pump and thermostat.

I am not sure if the fan cotrols are bad.But you are right with it outside of the engine.what otherelectrical could it be?

They come on for a very short time. One ting I should mention is ,whem you shut the car off after driving coolant comes gushing out of th reseivor

The mess is from overheating. From my seat the radiator is plugged or there is a debris build up in front of the AC condenser or debris between the condenser and the radiator causing a lack of air flow.

I have flushed the radiator and coolant system when i put the new engine in.
