Hi its a 2008 ford lcf with a power stroke 4.5 l engine .The cooling fan should cut on at 195 degrees only cuts on at 220 degrees then cuts out 30 seconds later the engines dies without a warning light. I bought a new clutch fan same problem the temperature senser is good also the thermostat . I put a manual fan and it works perfect but too much noise. Next problem it hard to start it required low sulphur deisel thats wath i have in the truck . when i used the starting fuel to start it works perfect then run off fuel i chang the injection regulater no change i check the fan speed senser for short circuit to grounds its ok but when key on i getting 4.5v from fan speed senser to grounds i check for short circuit but ok i check all the fan harness for short circuit but ok if i have a computer problem how can i turn on the fan manualy and does this truck on recall? thanks
