Locate the A/C Compressor (see image) and follow the metal line to the right up and back until you come to the Low Side Service Port.

Thats the only diagram that I get for a 2001 Ford F-150 5.4L. I will opt-out and forward your question to another Tech that may better help you. Sit tight one second, someone will be right with you...

Hello and thanks for using Just Answer.
I will try my best to help you with your question.

New Expert here.

The low side port is located on the accumulator on the passenger side of the firewall. You will have to move the harnesses and the heater hoses to see it.

Ford kind of hid it from view.

Customer: replied 7 years ago.
well thats not right either. i actually found it on my own and it was on the can next to the fire wall on the passenger side and the low end port was facing slightly towards the motor and it was right on the can and not on any hoses
Expert:  A. Penland replied 7 years ago.

That is what is in the picture. The can as you call it is the accumulator. I circled the port in red.

Look back at the last post I posted.
