2006 ford f150: the intake camshaft position..actuator..4x4

where is the intake camshaft position actuator circuit/bank 1 located on a 2006 ford f150 5.4 4x4. the reason I ask is im getting DTC code p0010,p0020

The camshaft position actuators (otherwise known as the VCT solenoid/housing) are located on the front of the cylinder heads (#2 In picture). You have codes for both banks. This can be caused by a circuit fault, VCT fault,PCM or by a sticking or plugged solenoid/body or oil pressure concern. The first step in pinpointing the problem is performing basic circuit checks and resistance checks of the solenoids. Being that you have codes for both banks, it is unlikely that both solenoids have failed at the same time. A scan tool that can display VCT position and PCM VCT position commands is also necessary to check function of the solenoids and PCM.
