2005 F150: fluid in the front differential is milky looking

Customer Question

I have a 2005 F150 4x4 - The fluid in the front differential is milky looking, like it has water contamination. How do I drain and replace the fluid?

unbolt the front cover of the differential and drain it all. I would spray it out with a cleaner like brake clean and reinstall the cover. Then add fluid thru the fill plug
