HiCustomerthis is lostrider, here is the procedure, There are special tools required for Fan Removal, hope this helps.

Fan Removal and Installation

REMOVAL

WARNING: DO NOT ATTEMPT TO STRAIGHTEN OR REPAIR THE FAN BLADE. REPLACE THE FAN IF DAMAGED.

 

  1. Remove the air cleaner outlet tube.

  1. Use the Fan Clutch Wrench and the Fan Hub Wrench to loosen and remove the fan blade. NOTE: The fan shroud cannot be removed without removing the fan blade.

  1. Remove the bolts.

  1. Lift the fan shroud out of the lower retaining clips.

  1. Lift the fan shroud and the fan blade and clutch assembly together and remove from vehicle.

  1. Follow the removal procedure in reverse order.

 

 

Water Pump Removal and Installation

REMOVAL

  1. Easier to access if the radiator is removed.

  1. Rotate the accessory drive belt tensioner counterclockwise and remove the accessory drive belt.

  1. Remove the belt idler pulley.

  1. Slide the water bypass hose clamp back.

  1. Disconnect the heater hose at the water pump.
1Release the clamp.
2Remove the hose.

  1. Disconnect the lower radiator hose at the water pump.
1Release the clamp.
2Remove the hose.

  1. Remove the bolts and the water pump pulley.

  1. Remove the two stud bolts from the water pump.

  1. Remove the ten bolts and the water pump.

INSTALLATION

  1. Reverse the removal procedure.
