i have a 1998 ford f150 wont start,fuel pump wont come on, the fuel pump works i have tested it all fuses ok

Go to the fuel pump relay in the power distribution box in the engine compartment.graphicgraphic

yes i checked #19 (good)#6 switched with another relay and fuel pump still wont pump

no there is no voltage at the inertia switch or the pump,only from the fuse,tried the probe light on the injecters when cranking and would no light.

Backprobe the circuit, going forward to the power source from the inertia switch.

i checked camshaft and crankshaft sensers and they were working, tried starting it and would not start. i bought a obd2 connected it to the port it ran thescan it read no codes, i crancked the engine,low and behold it started right up. do you have any ideas what just happend.
