Thanks for coming to Just Answer to ask a question.

Whats the fuel pressure?

Do you have ignition spark and injector pulse?

Does the theft light flash rapid?

A vehicle missing any one of these will and can cause a no run issue.

theft light is rapidly flashing

A fast flashing theft light means you have a PATS (passive anti theft system concern) which means the vehicle will never start till the keys are programmed to the vehicle. You must gain access through 10 minute wait period into the PATS module using a NGS or IDS scan tool.
